Return Policy
Our returns are free of charge as we really want you to enjoy your Mora Taara products. However, please follow these guidelines:
- If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packing and pack the goods the same way you received them so the products reach us safely, the same way they reached you safely. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Any other return can be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
- Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. This is important as it’ll minimise chances of damage en route to us.

- Once we receive the item/s back in good condition, we will initiate a refund. It’ll reflect in your account within 7 business days. In all cases, refunds will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
- In case you used a gift card to make the payment for this order, your gift card will be credited back with this amount.
